Our brand new Lü da Plazores holiday apartments in Pieve di Marebbe offer all the comforts of a modern facility, combined with traditional Alpine style. The apartments cover an area of 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people; they are therefore suitable for families or small groups of friends. The apartments are completely smoke-free and no pets are allowed.

We are pleased to welcome you to Lü da Plazores, our newly built farm in Pieve di Marebbe situated in the Fanes-Sennes-Braies Natural Park. Set out to explore the Plan de Corones ski area, directly from our holiday farmhouse: just 5 km away you will find the cable cars to Plan de Corones and only 2.9 km from the “Miara” ski lift in San Vigilio di Marebbe, which operates all winter long and connects to the Alta Badia ski area. Our vacation apartments in traditional and modern style of the Ladin valleys and are the ideal accommodation for those looking for a vacation of sport, nature and peace. Our guests can also enjoy the private covered parking, free Wi-Fi, room cleaning and in-room safe.

Prices are per apartment (standard 2 people) per day, with a minimum stay of 3 nights. From 01.01.2024, the tourist tax is €2.70 per person per day (children and teenagers under 14 years are exempt) and must be paid directly at the property. The balance of the stay is to be paid the day before departure by cash, bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or debit card. The price includes: VAT, covered parking, bed linen and towels with weekly change, Wi-Fi connection, use of the private garden, and final cleaning (excluding special cleaning). Additional services (not included in the price): bread delivery service, freshly milked milk, and eggs only when available.
The apartments are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 9:00 AM on the day of departure. The apartment must be left in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. The management reserves the right to charge the guest for any extraordinary cleaning costs.
The booking of an apartment is considered final once a deposit of €100 per person has been received. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

Please note that in case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will be retained as compensation for the breach of commitment.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
In case of late arrival, early departure, or unoccupied beds, the full booking price will be charged.
• Guests are kindly requested to inform the owners of any visits if these visitors are not staying in the apartments.

• Since our pets are not used to contact with other animals, we do not accept additional pets.

Winter at Plan de Corones is a unique experience for all snow sports enthusiasts: skiing, snowboarding and sledding. There is something for everyone here! Our Plazores holiday farmhouse, located in Pieve di Marebbe, is the optimal starting point to reach the cable cars to Plan de Corones and San Vigilio di Marebbe and ski for miles and miles on perfectly prepared slopes. However, winter in Val Badia has much more to offer those who want to learn about the traditions of our valley. Pieve di Marebbe and San Vigilio di Marebbe offer visitors a charming old town, sports equipment stores, typical restaurants and trendy bars, not to mention the traditional Christmas markets.

Our apartments in Pieve di Marebbe will be your starting point for countless hikes to discover the Dolomites. Just a few kilometers away you will find family-friendly paths to the huts or trails of the Fanes-Senes-Braies nature park or set off to conquer the highest peaks of the Dolomites. Mountain bikers, too, can explore more than 250 kilometers of trails through the forests of Val Badia. Museum and tradition lovers can visit the “Messner Mountain Museum” and the “Lumen” museum, located right on the Plan de Corones. In San Vigilio you can also visit the Owl Park wildlife park, with its fascinating birds of prey, and then relax a bit at the nearby beach.
